It isn't easy but it's worth it!
Breaking addiction and recovering from addiction is no fairy tale.
Living life ruled by the bottle dependant on it, controlled by it. That is not life!
Take your life back and live it to the full but no bullxxxx it's not a walk in the park. Overcoming the addiction takes time work and dedication.

Dee made some good suggestions --hope you feel a bit better soon.
Each little choice adds up, positive and negative--it has for me.
I made some good ones this week and a single poor one, so now I'm
doubling up on the decisions that help me, not hurt me.
