PS it’s great you’ve managed a year sober in the past, I think that’s a really good sign. The most I’ve managed is about a week (face palm)!

great job getting through night one and I like your plan. There is nothing wrong with going to bed early.

Exercise is great for anxiety! Even if it is just walking once you feel better. Also find some hobbies you enjoy or learn something new. It is really helpful to have something to look forward too.

The itching most likely has to do withdrawals. From the research I have done, the itching is best explained by an overactive CNS. It is a type of hallucination.

I am also using L-theanine. It helps, but it is not a cure all. Actually, my anxiety is pretty bad this morning. But I am still early in recovery.
