Day 85...
Day 85...
And life is good.
Been having a few hard days over the last few weeks, but things seem to be settling into place. I'm still taking it one day at a time and learning to slow down, and realize that I don't have to do everything right this second. Through instant ratification in the past, or escaping with my binges I've had a tough time adjusting to the buzz of everyday life, living 'normally'. I am learning to be easier on myself, and to be grateful for all the beautiful memories that I have, and can still make now that I am sober. It's so easy to focus on negativity in one's life, which ends up blocking the realization of how beautiful life is. I am by no means healed, or recovered I believe that will remain on going. However it is a lot, and I mean A LOT easier than the first few weeks, hoping that in a few months I rediscover myself fully.
Thank you, hope you're all having a nice day.

Doing well, and things are finally starting to look very bright for me. I will not let my guard down and will stick around. I started practicing mindfulness and gratitude recently, and I have to say it has worked wonders for me.
Thanks for reading, and have a great day everyone!
