Checking in on Day 7
 

Had some strong urges today but called my sponsor and ate something. It’s so nice to now finally have an alcohol free apartment, something I did not have in the past 8 years when living with my alcoholic husband. I used to be so jealous in a healthy way of members on here who were able to give sobriety a try without being with someone who drank. And now I finally have that and feel so much more hopeful.

Well done and it just gets better :)
