Day 60
Today will be 60 days since my last drink! I’m really happy I’ve made it this far and I’m happy to have felt a mental shift this last week.
I’m nervous since we are done with a great vacation (which had its own muscle flexing opportunities against the AV) and I know I will be going through that common after vacation depression.
Anyway, although I’ve had a mentality change and don’t have that same battle with the AV that I had a couple weeks ago, it’s defineltly still there and I’m on my haunches that each situation may bring it’s own order of temptation and I can easily still have my bad days.
Either way I’ve gone 60 days. I’m intrigued but on guard to see what the next month brings!
