Hi I am new here today and this is my first post. I am looking to get sober from alchol and would like to know how to post in the recovery forum if someone could explain how to do so. I am very committed to this and will support other folks as well. Thank you.

My advice is to read around see how other people have gotten sober and staying that way. Find a way that makes sense to you and go for it :)

It all starts with a day one - no booze :)

Not sure what your drinking habits are like but if you're worried about withdrawal it makes sense to check out with your Dr :)
