Starting over again.

This is my third time trying to quit now I am fourteen days sober y skin itches and I have headaches can anyone relate?

Welcome to SR Linda. Yes, I had itches and headaches. It seemed the itches were not on the outside, but the inside. Scratching didn't help me. Sleeping was difficult. It was horrible! Ultimately a Benadryl helped some. Eventually they went away. Hang in there.

Hi Linda - congrats on 2 weeks

I certainly had headaches - It helped me keep my fluids up - more water than anything else....less caffeine and other diuretics, less sugary pop etc.
