As soon as we isolate ourselves from the herd, be it SR, AA or another recovery herd, we run the chance of getting picked off by the AV beast. One of my relapses was when I became complacent and stopped reading and posting on SR.

PS..... we are the pack..... the pride.... the wolves and the lions.
The Herd is all drinking.
Flip the narrative.
We wait.... we watch... we support one another and when one of the herd is weak and wounded and floundering.... we are there. Welcoming them to our pack when they’re ready.
I donno it doesn’t exactly hold up as a metaphor but I like it regardless.

You need you and whatever you concieve God to be. SPEAKING OF WOLVES and studying them...it's grim. The sick and weak are left behind. Let's not use the herd in our struggles, unless we're elephants...pls.
