167 days! I'm back
I know never to vent on here about anything anymore...because arguments are temporary...and sometimes in the heat of the moment I need to be straight forward...even if it sounds like I'm "throwing a fit"..it's APART of MY sobriety...to be honest and raw...no matter how stupid or ridiculous it sounds. I don't expect anyone to read in between those lines...and I won't ask anyone to do so.
Anyway, i'm 167 days sober. To those who messaged me genuinely concerned thank you..I'm fine and your kind words are appreciated as ALWAYS!

Hey Ashley,
Just wanted to reach out because I know I commented on your last post as well.
Please don't feel like you can't vent on here - this forum has got to be a place where we can be honest and freely speak (type?) with each other so that we're comfortable sharing the details when we're really feeling low - because for us, that can mean we're in serious danger.
I'm so glad to hear things are better.
Arguments are totally temporary - that's something I feel like I still re-learn every time my partner and I get into one!

I,m happy for you Ashley B on 167 days .
I posted on here the other day how I think i'ts one of the best things you can do when your going through a rough patch . The act of writing things down feels like your getting it out giving it a good airing . I doesn't bother me that I don't get 4 pages of responses its the fact that iv'e said it out loud = writing it down and gotten it out my system that helps .
PS : I don't think I have ever saw any ones thread without words of support .
