I remember back in '04 -'06 when I was booze free for the first few months my go to substitution drink was cranberry and tonic with a slice of lime. Was delicious. Then I moved on to root beer. Became quite the connoisseur.

Great strat to treat yourself to the soda & slice. Will probably help with sugar cravings this early on too.

Thanks for posting. It helps keep me motivated too.

Edit: o yea. I woke up this morning (on day 3) after the night sweats too. My t-shirt was absolutely soaked. Apparently my bod is doing some work during the little sleep I'm getting. Probably a good sign that it's getting all the bad mojo out.
