Still finding it hard to say "I am an alcoholic".

The only time I say that out loud is at an AA meeting.

it would be wise to start looking into a program/plan of recovery to start working/living to help you stay sober and improve your life.

now to complicate it:
do you know what it means to be an alcoholic?
its a lot more than just what we drink.
I am in a program and taking steps to increase my supports. I think I know what it means to be an alcoholic. But what are you referring to? My dad was a dry alcoholic so I know about the behaviors. I am in learning mode though...
