By my calculations, it has been 241 days without alcohol!

These last seven months have been a hellish experience for me, but I seem to be pulling through with the help of strong medication and cbt therapy.

I'm here, I'm alcohol free...life isn't perfect and nor did I expect it to be...damn sight better than being a drunken wreck tho!

Sorry for not being around as much lately, kinda been in my own world.

Wow! I have never been that long without alcohol except that time I did a year in jail ... but that wasn't my choice.

My liver has stopped hurting, that weird yellow tinge to my skin has gone away as well....I'm still tired all the time but I think that's my meds.
