Today makes 21 days sober. I don't know why it seems easier this time than any other time. I have had minimal trigger moments where I wanted a drink, more like moments when I think "this is when I normally would grab a drink" but then I can just release it and go about my day. I am so thankful to be where I am in this moment. I don't contribute much here, but everyday I read your posts and keep with me the words that inspire me to live a sober life. There's no doubt that summer will be my toughest challenge...so I am glad my journey has begun in January...1 day at a time is a snowballing effect, the days are stacking it up making it easier to get through 1 more...thanks to all of you for sharing your stories, tips, support and love...looking forward to the 2nd half of my life living in truth and pride❤❤
