Sweaty sleep

but sober sleep. Nothing better. Even a couple crummy moments of workplace middle night anxiety can be dealt with.

So much to get done today and it feels good to have a least a head clearing of the clouds.

I don't miss those nights one bit. Now if I have them it's because I got a bug and a real flu or cold.

Good luck less gravity, they do go away with sobriety.

I don't mind the sweaty sleeps for a bit once I put the bottle down. They at least remind my anxious mind in the middle of the night that I'm didn't drink that day.

I loved it when I got the sweats, it meant the worst of the withdrawals were coming to an end, don't know if thats just me or not? But the first couple of days are normally bad, and on the third nights the sweats come singaling the end of the worst of the mental torment of withdrawals. Good going on not drinking lessgravity :scoregood

Exactly Mandy. Though I'm looking forward to not having them again.

Here's to another sober night.

I second that notion! I’m not sweating at night, but am not sleeping through the night. Hopefully that comes after a while.
