I keep myself busy every day ...
I fall into bad around 9pm so looking forward to reading my kindle (It's my lifesaver at the moment ) Oh the simple things .. I pour myself a large glass of diet ginger ale and a splash of lime in the evening and I LOVE it .
Every day is a blessing
Do I think of wine ????
YES ..... But then I think what it does to me and my mind snaps back to ginger ale
Please believe in yourselves it's one hour at a time and it is so much nicer to be in control of your self at all times
