New book, not long released! The Sober Diary’s by Claire Pooley.
Tells the story of a mother who stopped drinking, when reading this, ive have found so many identifications it is unreal! Actually, an awful lot of it could be me writing those words x
Maybe a helpful read to those that are newly sober, and for those activitely maintaining sobriety.
Available in the uk on amazon, either kindle or hardback, im not sure if it is available internationally. X
