DEE help
Good for you!!!
Now don't go runnin' yourself down already. You are capable of doing things you feel are impossible. Sure, it's scary, but courage isn't about not being afraid. It's about being afraid but doing it anyway.

Congratulations Faith - obviously the people who gave you the job see something in you and they think you can do it - we all think you can do it too.
It might be a steep learning curve but don't be afraid to ask questions - thats how we learn

When I was 48 I landed a job as a trainee analyst with a big pharma company . I remember thinking what the hell have I done ,I was terrified . I was there 9 years working my way up to analyst 3 ( there are 4 steps then its senior ) . I was offered a free university placement to study chemistry which I turned down ( I regret that now ) . In my 9 years I was awarded 3 recognition awards for exceptional work .
I realized I had skills and ability far above what I believed I had .
What i'm saying is GO FOR IT , embrace it and BELIEVE in yourself .

You are all so wonderful and encouraging. Thank you very much for the much needed support. I got two offers but I am going with the one lower money but more suited to my personality. Thank you guys I have been so down the last month and you guys carried me through.
