Gona give this a shot
I’m a 28 year old female, and I have decided to give being sober a go. I have been drinking heavily for most of my 20s, and I’m just hoping I haven’t done any permanent damage. It’s gotten out of control to the point where I can drink a large bottle of wine to myself. I drink out of depression, boredom, anxiety. I’m ready to get healthy and happy and looking to be a part of a group of people looking to improve their lives.
