Am on day 27 of not self injuring nearly 3 years sober
am struggling i think the person i though was my abuser unsure if its me because am unwell with my mental health or if it is really him
i just going to stay away from him all together my husband says he hardly comes in and when he does its for the karokie and normally am not there as i have a meeting then.

MEETINGS
Av decided to only go to 3 meeting a week one on a Monday at night , Thursday night and Saturday at night as well my husband can take me to two of them one i have to go myself ..

Praying and meditating
Well av been trying to remember to do it av kinda been unfocused on that at the moment due with whats been going on but everything is fine now

schedule

Hoping to start one Read for an hour with having calomime tea to drink maybe 2 brushing my teeth and get into pjs etc meditating and praying then sleep

Day time
I spend most of my time out the house going to groups
Monday free morning after noon contact point until 5 pm then go home have dinner then go to meeting , come back then start night time schedule
Tuesday Drop in in the morning contact point in the afternoon
Wednesday drop in at REH Contact point + music threapy
Thursday free morning contact point until 5 then go to CA meeting
Friday Mostly always free unless have groups on walking group LGBT group at REH
Saturday : FREE MORNING and After noon night time meeting
Sunday Church for most of the day depending on what week it is

As you can see am doing a lot at the moment i see my pastor during this once a month we sit down and deal with what is going on for me
hopfully no big dramas
