Back on track

Hi all
It's been a diamond day today.
Fixing stuff up in the house instead of woe is me everything's falling apart.
Had a faulty computer repaired by a friend.
Got my vape refurbished at vape shop and got a new one for Mrs R
We are not going to smoke cigarettes any more.
No booze or fags all in one month.
The vape has nicotine so no cravings.
I had no cravings today
Eating well
Walked so much my legs are falling off.
Yes the positives even with the stone days far outweigh the alternative.
My message to all starting out stick with it and don't stop sticking with it.
Thank you for this site as when it's tough you only have to call and someone helps
You are all fantastic people
Best wishes
Dave

It's an up and down ride for sure! I try to remember the up when the downs come back, they help me grit my teeth and pull through.

Hi tekink
I had a lot of support yesterday and it truly helped.
Made for a good day today.
If I'm ever in need I will be here screaming for advice.
Hope you're ok too
Dave
