Help

I feel like I am drowning. I just came off another binge and all I want to do right now is keep drinking. No that's not true. If it was that is what I would be doing. Not posting here.. if I don't stop I am going to lose everything.

can you go to AA or even call there number there normally open 24/ 7

Yes. Once I am sober enough to drive 😔 but I am afraid that by that time I will be headed straight back to the liquor store.

I just text all the numbers I have from AA I only have 4 😔 I thought I had more. But nearly all of them have responded. Come hell or high water I will be crawling into AA on my hands and knees tonight. This has to stop

I let the shame of failing (again) keep me away from here and AA. When I needed help the most I refused to ask for it because I was so ashamed and pissed off at myself.

Thanks. My self respect is all but gone. I haven't lost the rest yet... But it's coming of I can't get this right.

Proud of you for reaching out to AA. I suggest a team approach. Involve your family doctor, you may need professional help going thru withdrawal, or have other medical complications from this. If you don't have a family doctor right now, did you have one in the past?
