Hi all

Tough today. I've got *that* feeling.
You know!
First time in three weeks its pulling me like a coil to a magnet.
I know why.
I have everything in order. Thus I'm telling myself I deserve it.
It's a damn yuck feeling
I'm going to recovery group to have a chat.
This feeling can take as long as it wants to pass. I'm embracing it and dealing with it.
I'm inspired by others at recovery group.
I'm gonna get through this Stone Day.

Sounds like you're making the right decision by engaging others and drawing inspiration from them. You got this. You've learned not to struggle with the AV ....rather keep it in its place, and that's a huge step forward. Thanks for sharing your victory here. Keep us posted
