Hello everyone

Hi,
I'm a 45 year old and currently in a residential rehab for the first time, I have been here over 5 months now and am going through the step work.
I have found this site refreshing and hope I can contribute, whilst at the same time get some help along my journey.

Welcome, Nim! Congratulations on your recovery. I needed inpatient help to stop drinking; at first I was quite resistant and didn't want to go, but it was very helpful and I learned a lot from the people I met. Wishing you all the best on your sober journey.
