90 days
90 days today. Longest I've gone sober as an adult. I could barely go a week.
25 years old and have come to my senses. I won't let my addiction get the best of me.
Lots of great progress has been made. Physically a lot stronger. Lost my gut, working on my body in the gym.
Face and eyes look a lot brighter.
Have barely spent any money which is great.
Some days I still feel hopeless, unsure of what direction I'm heading in life but I won't go back to my old ways. I've spent most of this decade under the influence so I know 3 months is not even close to being fully recovered but overall I feel good.
I finally feel like I am headed in the right direction.
Thanks for reading guys. I come to this forum everyday to read and not lose sight of my goal which is sobriety. I want to live the rest of my life sober.
