Here we go
Start of 2nd day, probs going to post my daily milestones early on, feel like I’m turning a corner here
I got up at 7am and did a high intensity workout and that seemed to help. It’s nice to get in the car this morning and not worry about being over the limit!
I’m going to visit my Gp- I’ll call them in the morning as I just want to ask them about my anti depressant as I’ve not had it reviewed in a while. Best to get that at the optimum dosage too.
I’m not going to let this poison beat me. I’m willing to take immediate and lasting action to beat this. I know it’s goong to be hard. The mistake I made last time was just switching alcohol with junk food- not going to happen this time.
Will post again later

Hi Stewey
Well done all the positive steps.
I'm really pleased to see that you are taking action.
It's a bumpy road so buckle up.
I look forward to your posts of progress.
Problems are just solutions waiting to be discovered!
Things will all start to fall into place given time.
Best wishes👍

Good to hear, Stewy. Tuck yourself in early and wake up beautifully sober and hangover-free in the morning, friend.

Hey all, good here, I’m ok, I’m sober, another day chalked off. I’ve had the odd niggle today. I need to be raising my awareness if that happens again, I still feel vulnerable as it’s early days. It feels like I’m turning it around though. I’m sad things didn’t work out with my ex gf. At the end of the day though, she’s not the one that had to move from her home back to her parents. There’s a lot of crap to address with that.
That said, best decision ever to deal with it all sober, with full clarity and logic!
Thank you for caring folks
