Breaking the cycle

Who has two thumbs, got amazing news at work today, and isn't going out to drink w coworkers to celebrate tonight? This gal, right here. Day four, you were tricky but I'm not giving in.

The first days are the toughest.

The first time we break a routine or cycle is the hardest.

It's like climbing a series of mountains that appear in front of you - one after another....

But once you know you have the ability to overcome then the pride and confidence in those achievements makes the journey a little bit easier as every inch forward goes by.
