I agree with the article. If I had my needs met in life I wouldn't feel the way I do now. I also am disappointed to learn that antidepressants are a crap shoot to solve emotional problems.

Having tried them, I know the uselessness. I found long walks more effective.

I have been helped a great deal by antidepressants. In the short term. I think chronic depression needs to be treated by a much more wholistic approach than medications alone.

I also agree that Corporate America is horrible and our jobs are often making us sick.

Excellent article- I also believe that if my needs were met I would b a different person- ive currently been on anti depressants for 32 years!!!!
