An AA meeting? If so yes you are sober since the time you last drunk. Help for self injury or eating disorder would be outside the remit of AA and would be advisable to get additional help. Thats what i would tell you if i met you in a meeting anyway, hope that helps.

GMS, the main thing is that you are taking action and going to meetings. If it's hard to talk about self-injury at the AA meetings, maybe you can talk to your therapist about it?

It's good to see you here!

I very much admire your dedication to your sobriety, GrantMeSobriety. You are going in the right direction; you are taking positive steps by going to AA and utilizing other resources such as therapy. Maybe talk to your therapist about the self-injury and how you should view it as it relates to other addictions.

Please don't let anything diminish the great progress you have certainly made.

A lot of people have different dates for different problems GMS. I know you had a self injury count going before and a drugs and alcohol one.

With all due respect to others, I think you should do what makes sense and is meaningful to you
