Welcome Lisabella,

I have battled with anxiety for years. I use AA meetings as a source to get out and start my day. Then stick to a routine that helps me get errands done and out of myself for a bit.

Hi lisabella :)

it depends if you've suffered from anxiety before I think?
I did, so it took a little while for me to get to a point where I wasn't anxious,

I felt a lot better in month 2 than I did in month one.

Of course if the anxiety is stopping you from going about your day to day life, maybe seeing your doctor might help?
