I have a huge increase of confidence I didn’t realize I was lacking. I can share my feelings so much more directly, call out my husbdand if I think he’s being over critical, or think so unhindered with self doubt of my own perception or own self guilt.

Awesome job on 10 days!!!! I felt so happy not to be puddle of guilt anymore. The confidence that comes from that really helped me also. Keep up the good work.
