Day 24
 

So I'm here day 24. I've had some years of not drinking while pregnant and breastfeeding but I slide into some unhealthy habits again and again. But then after a few drinks one night in December I woke up with severe heartburn and difficulty swallowing. It lasted a good few days and it was bad enough that even now the though of drinking makes me feel sick. I've started walking an hour a day. Eating more nutritious foods and generally treating my body how it deserves. It's all so worth it. Loving this new life so far.
