Green Tea

Making my first batch of real green tea. Straight water and tea bags in a pitcher. Brewing away in the fridge now 😀

Been doing a lot of reading on its benefits.

Anyone have a real positive experience with it? Daily drinking of it?

Hope it’s good for me. It’s being added to my growing list of friendly drinks.

1. La croix
2. Green tea
3. Coffee (yeah I know)
4. Wheatgrass
5. Lemon water

I don't drink it myself but I do give decaf green tea to my dogs in each meal. Lots of good properties in green tea.

I love unsweetened green tea so does my 8 year old. That’s her drink when we go to Starbucks on our mommy and me dates.

Re

Funny, I just got a green tea from Starbucks and drinking it now! Its supposed to really help detoxify your liver. Always makes me feel more energized..and I know it was my go to drink for years to help perk me up after a hang over...let us know your results with it as the next few weeks progress!

I just saw your post and wanted to
share that my husband asked me
about 15 minutes ago if i had any
green tea other than the Matcha
tea I drink daily.

This is the first time he has shown
interest in green tea.

So when i saw your post, i thought
how ironic.

I did have some green tea with pommagranite
and quickly he made him a cup saying that
he read earlier that green tea has good benefits.

Me, i just recently learned about Matcha Green
Tea, and have been drinking it daily. Yum..!!!

I like it.
My favorite though is " Celestial" seasoning
Sleepy Time herbal.
Very relaxing right before bedtime.

I am sitting here drinking some Yogi blueberry slim life green tea. It is so yummy! Just noticed I used the last bag too, darn it. I love tea in general and have a ton.

Whenever I was detoxing I found it good, I still drink one every morning, I put a slice of lemon and a spoon of honey in it to make it taste better, supposed to be good to keep colds away and burn fat also so it’s win win win

I am an avid tea drinker. Right now I am beginnibg to drink African Red Tea. I have many teas like Chamomile, Jasmine, Black Tea, Detox Ginger Root Tea and Rooibos.
Matcha and green teas are usually my morning teas.
I have this really cool cup called "IngenuiTea" that works great with loose teas. You can see it at www.adagio.com under Tea Makers or at Amazon, too.
