Cool Rockfish75 asks

Do you have tips on starting afresh after leaving all your old "friends" behind.
Not going out at all can make you stir crazy.

Welcome to the family. I would suggest volunteering somewhere in your area. It's a great way to make friends while giving back to your community.

Also, joining groups of people with similar interests is good.

Serving others is the best way to do life, but occasionally it's ok to, "Treat Yo Self." Go buy something for yourself. Go do something you've been wanting to do, go somewhere you've wanted to go. Life is your oyster. Treat Yo self!

A day in the life of rockfish

Hi all out there
Responsibility eh! It's a gig
Mrs Rockfish has chronic illness (Not related to mine). I'm going to fix myself so I can continue to give her support she needs.
Am I making sense?

Smile Rewired Brain

I joined a local recovery group today. Very friendly people. I think a positive move and they're going to help me rewire my brain. In the best possible way. So happy I have taken this step forward.

Welcome.

I joined a local fitness group, as well as my recovery group. I have found it a big help.

Met lots of new people.

Cough mixture

Have been coughing in the night recently. Annoying. So today I picked up some cough medicine Covonia. Swigged away happily and all was good. Until I read the ingredients.

Ethynol: Do not take if an alcoholic.

Didn't even cross my mind. Not that my mind is working correctly right now.
It's a bit foggy with the cold etc

Products with Ethynol in should be kept in the alcohol section of the supermarket.
Then no slip ups eh

I bought a really good herbal cough medicine. Never tasted anything so vile in my life, but it worked well. Buttercup Broncho Stop,

Great job on reaching out locally by the way.
