Great Article discussing Severe Depression
 

This morning I read a thread of which the poster wrote about their deep depression they are dealing with but I can't seem to find the thread, so I hope you come across this.

This article is about author Marian Keyes and Lewis Wolpert (a renowned biologist) on their experience of depression.

Lewis Wolpert once said 'If you can explain depression you haven't experienced it.' I find this so true as when you are in the depth of depression it is utterly confusing and often incomprehensible.

I really hope this helps anyone struggling with their feelings of depression and at least find comfort in the fact it can happen to anyone and you are not alone.
