I'm 19 days sober from prescription opiates. Anyone else have mild depression laced with anxiety?

Anxiety is a common theme here. My anxiety improved when I quit drinking but I still suffer from it, albeit I've learned ways to cope.

I've suffered from depression in the past. The combination must be awful for you.

I've never used opiates so can't give you any answers, but want to welcome you to the SR family. :)

Hi and welcome Leslie - I was a drinker but I definitely dealt with depression and anxiety after I quit.
