28 Days is
tomorrow for me. I can say that my mind is firing on all cylinders today.
A scant few years ago I lost my dear friend to addiction. It had been easy to give him advice (I hadn’t reached the level he had in terms of abuse- not quite yet). Now it’s almost like I can see that I am exactly where he was at that time. Human and frail and succumbing to something that eased pain yet caused horrid damage simultaneously.
Man, this sobriety is really allowing me to finally think!
