ptsd flashbacks -need something
 

I cant sleep keep having flashbacks makes me want to get off my head with something any thing really got a meeting at 1 pm today holding on until then want to hurt myself but my husband is awake and will not let me self injure was at a friends a few hours yesterday played games and watched tv

the flashbacks really get to me its like being there feeling everything over and over

Hi I suffer from trauma related flashbacks as well. Until I experienced them I had no idea how real they feel. Are you getting any sort of help? I have tried various things but they are very hard to shift. I hope you have a good relationship with your husband and he is of support during the terror of those episodes.

I see my psych but we never talk about the flashbacks i want to ask her for help my husband is supportive with out him id be using all the time
he keeps me sane he stays up with me when am having them keeps an eye on me
