I'm shutting the door on drinking for good. I have a plan.

I was going to start on New Years but managed to stop two and a half weeks ago instead which is a good sign. Just thought stuff it I'm done right now not next year. I plan to post here a bit because I really need to stay on track. It is a tough time of year. And the head is pretty loud at the moment.

I really don't want to be trying this again in twelve months because I don't think I can keep all the balls in the air much longer if I drink and I still have a family, job and friends to lose. Not sure how but I do.

Hope everyone has great new year I will be trying to give lots of support to you all. Even if I don't say much. Rest assured I am reading most posts and they really help so keep them coming.
