I decided to put my sober new year's eve to good use and went out for a jog this morning...feeling great. I have a good feeling about 2018 😉

me too, Ive done a week off alcohol in 10 years. it wasnt diffucult and I felt great. I dont know why I started again.
2018 is the year I get sober too. this is my first post on here. Ill give updates and its great reading other peoples experiences.
