messed up selfinjured my husband is angry about it voices in my head getting too much for me back to zero
took my morning meds as normal dont get my next ones until 8pm
i have extra ones i can take should have asked for them
going to watch a film if they delivery guy gets here with dinner ...

i dont need to go to the er my husband managed to dress my wounds not so bad that i need medical help
plus its kinda very busy at the hospital at this time of year with drunk people
dont want to take up there time and waste money on me ...

Am kinda want to use but its not like i can get anything any way
