On my lunch break sitting in my car smoking a cig. I cant wait until the work day is over. 2 more hours to go. I really want to leave early though. This morning woke up with aniety and a little dizzy. I had the dizziness before at day 5 so I guess this is normal. Im also exhausted. Anywho, heres to staying sober today. Last attempt I got to day 12 and started to feel better with no aniety or dizziness but I dranked that day and now back at 5. My daughter is on xmas break so foe dinner Ill just put a pizza in the oven and get in bed with my pug beagle and watch tv.

I'm glad to see you're back.

Maybe you can come up with a plan so next time you will be prepared. Is there something that you could add to your recovery plan? I'm glad you're getting through today.

Have you thought of something like AA or some other meeting based group, for some real life support?
