30 days
So today is 30 days of sobriety! I am so proud of myself! Besides the heart palpitations, mood swings, exhaustion,and a bit of anxiety...i feel okay. Even having a few annoyances beats the heck out of being hung over!

Good job!!

Exhaustion varies- mine was a longer recovery. I am very active now (22+ mo) and still get quite tired at times.

Staying sober is the only way to find out, keep getting better and have a great life in recovery.
