newbie

Not sure if I'm just here to vent or looking for advice but here goes.
I've been married to my current husband for 5 years. I was with my first for 12 years married for 8. He was always an alcoholic and I knew what I was getting into at the time but young and dumb. Long story short I divorced him because I didn't want my son growing up believing that is how a man should behave.
Fast forward...my current hubby over the years has increased his daily beer intake. He starts after 12:30 on and will drink til bed (3 am) eats once a day and sees no issue with that. I've tried to discuss it but just ends up in arguments.
Gotten to the point I have thought of jumping ship. I find myself weighing the pros and cons of the decision to stay or leave.
