This probably isn't for everyone but it was very powerful for me. It was such a strong message that I had problems looking at it even though it was the perfect message for me. I had to email it to myself for future reference.

RP-Not at all suggesting you have this and feel free to ignore it, but I've had this when quitting too and it was a form of-hypomania (not full blown mania) -where mood and/or self-esteem are abnormally elevated and can decrease the need for sleep. Take it easy and best of luck.

Agreed, I have this and found that out in my 20's when i quit for 5.5 years. I was using alcohol as a way to slow my brain down a bit. I'm trying to learn here again how to just harness the extra energy for good. I'm flying around here at 120 mph................. No urges though, lost 4 lbs, saved a good $500-$750 so far and feeling good!!!

I had that too. i'd finally fall to sleep around midnight and be up at 4-4:30 with 'things to do' urgency. I actually have slept in since last week(I'm a bit over a year) and jinxed myself yesterday by mentioning it. Going on 3.5hrs today. Feel fine and alert though. Planning on getting adjusted for the time change.

3 weeks - had a few days of stupid temptation but ate something instead and it goes away. Feeling good!!
