So I’m starting to think I’m addicted to this website it’s changing me every time I want to drink or use I get on here instead now I think this might be an addiction I can live with hopefully I’m not the only one!!! I feel the same way!...I've been on here a lot the last four days soon as I woke up today I got right back to it...I will be here for my good days and to run my tough days of battle with alcohol but I'm here to not have that first drink...

SR has been a fundamental part of my 22 days so far. I couldn't have done it without this support structure - especially as I don't go to AA or any of the other options.

SR and exercise have been my replacement addictions.

A lot of normies disparage 12 Step as replacing one addiction with another. My response is that even if true...so what?

Healthy addictions I've developed in sobriety include weightlifting, AA and SR. I've also developed a few bad habits unfortunately: Smoking and Facebook.
