Greetings everybody,
I wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone here. Everyone's experiences with their drug of choice are a bit different, going from using to abstaining, and further working on sobriety. I am very glad to have this board and everyone on it who can really understand what things are like, dealing with an addiction. Support from close friends and family is good, but being able to read the stories, struggles, and victories of people who share your shoes is so helpful.

I couldn't agree more. As someone who loves and worries about an alcoholic every day of my life, the perspectives I read here are so helpful.
