Day 6
Ughhhhh. Day 6 and I'm struggling. Im on xmas holidays and would love to just drink, eat, blah blah blah. I knew this was going to be the worst part. Glad I decided on signing in here.

Hang in there! Day 3 for me and like you, it's so hard for me right now. It seems like everyone is having the time of their lives. But I try to think forward and look towards the next morning - you know, when you have that raging hangover, your wallet is significantly thinner and you hate yourself for giving in. Think about those mornings.

I saw a few drunk people tonight on the way back from my second visit to the gym.
The overall impression I was left with was that all I was missing was a load of people talking c**p at me, whilst I talked c**p back and a great big stinking hangover tomorrow.
Oh - and add all the regret and self hatred.
I'll stick with my cup of red bush tea thanks.

I came home, made a big sandwich. had a nap. Big cup of coffee. 3 actually. now for Hockey night in Canada!!! Too cold to be bothered to go warm up my truck to even go get some beer.
