90 days off Alcohol and Nicotine want to quit Weed and Caffeine

So I'm 90 days off Alcohol and Nicotine and and I also want to quit weed and caffeine. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?, (preferably if you have experience)

Congrats on 90 days Serper, that's great. I would suggest that many of the same techniques you used to quit drinking and smoking would also help with pot and caffeine - what process/plan did you follow?

As for weed, I quit it because it began to mess with me - rapid heartbeat, paranoia- things that hadn’t happened before. Once it even made me super depressed, too. So it was easy to quit for me
Caffeine- I’ve slacked up and reduced the amount but haven’t quit. I’ll probably keep it but during alcohol withdrawal I’d drink a huge amount and it made me feel uncomfortable

I have to be honest, if I opened a coffee jar and satan himself, popped out, I'd slap him out of the way to get to the beans.

Well, I think you have already gotten rid of the worst two beasts. If you want to give up weed and caffeine it is much the same with less physical discomfort. Just continue work with the same method for quitting the other two. Best to you.
