Victory to me, loss to AV
Very stressful day at work well beyond the norm, my normal response would be to go home and drink.. I made a plan for a work mate to drop me off in town so I could go Xmas shopping instead, got my partner to meet me and we did shopping together, then went and saw the new star wars movie..
1130pm and I'm sober at end of day 4..
Make a plan it really helps..

Thanks guys, today was stressful too but since I managed yesterday I was able to manage today and it was such an amazing feeling to hop in my car at 630pm and drive to the supermarket to get something for tea, unheard of normally...
