I feel like I'm going insane.
Hi there, I am new here, well sort of, I used to have an Account on here when I was still living with my Alcoholic Family, 5 years ago I managed to leave England and come home to Australia. The only problem is I have a Heart Condition which seems to be more known in USA and UK, but not in Australia, (I cannot find a Doctor/ Cardiologist with knowledge of my Condition) so am really struggling with Life, I am not allowed to drive or work and am guinea pig for the Doctors here as they are trying all sorts of different treatments on me and nothing is working, most make me worse and I live alone. The Local Police came and took me to Hospital on Suicide Watch not long ago after I begged the Australian Health Minister for help.
I am trying to make a better life for myself away from the Alcoholics in my Life, but there seems to be a huge brick wall at every turn.
I came back here as I received so much help 5 years ago and am hoping to get a little more and to help others if I can.

I'm guessing your heart condition started in Australia and so, your med records haven't followed you there? How about getting hold of your old GP here in the UK or printing out a load of stuff via Google or a help website and presenting it to you r current Doctors?
I'm surprised that your Doctors don't know exactly the same as ours and the US ones though, not sure what to make of that.
Obviously though, you're doing the right thing with signing up here and welcome

I hope you can get some help for your heart condition.
Maybe approaching your Federal MP could help. If there are no suitable specialists in Brisbane there must be in Sydney or Melbourne?
